joshua's favorite new place...

both kids are sick so we're ready for normal pooltime and fun to come soon.

popsicle time!

every afternoon, after naptime, we have popsicle time on the porch! luckily we found these great mini popsicles, so the amount of high fructose corn syrup is limited! my boys are getting bigger and cuter each day! yay!

the cruise

we've returned from our trip across country. we travelled to san diego to be with cousins and then hopped aboard a cruise to mexico to visit jeff's extended family (48 of us to be exact!). more pictures to come but here we are at the front of the ship on the promenade deck. wahoo!

noah turns four!

here he is at his big boy 'jump-in-the-backyard' party we had the sunday before our vacation. it was really awesome, borrowing a jumpy castle for free (yay!) and having soooooo many friends come, the best cake ever, and yummy salsa in the heat. noah LOVED being sung to and here he is absorbing all the love! i love joshua's face in the background eyeing the cake!

our boy is four, on july 5th to be exact, and it was great to remember the birth, his sweet childhood, and to experience him now as a silly, verbose, and thoughtful person. he is a gift to our family.
