We've all had some cruddy sickness. Noah with a fever of 103 for three solid days, and now Joshua with a fever since yesterday. Luckily Jeff and I have had mild cases so we are able to care for the kids. And benjamin...well, I'm just hoping all this nursing has given him sufficient antibodies to fight it off in his own little body. We're hoping for more activity this upcoming week--it's tough to be home ALL the time. God has helped us so much though, and to Him we say THANK YOU! we've had nice family time in the midst of the sickness.

Jane Ramsey and Benjamin play together--THIRD CHILDREN UNITE!

this past weekend benjamin and i went to the darlings for a little visit. I needed some becky time, and i was thrilled to meet their new little pooch. no one makes our babies smile like uncle jacob. it's so great to have gotten to spend time with jane ramsey as well, who turned two last friday and whose life i feel i have missed out on! so i'm glad to have had time together and hopefully this year we'll have many more weekends to share.

also, jeff had the great opportunity of singing a song he wrote in college at church. it was awesome! and how fabulous it is when we all are using our gifts--it's such a blessing for the giftee and gifter. God is good.

benjamin at 4 months

benjamin continues to be a sweet baby. he's getting so big and is grabbing and chewing on all kinds of things. his favorite things are looking in the mirror at himself and looking at others and talking. he giggles at 'peek-a-boo' as well. the boys LOVE him and play with him all the time. we are blessed indeed!

jeff's birthday

jeff turned 35 on january 7th. he loves his birthday because it's the one day in the year when i let go of my hatred of video games! he invited some guys over and played til the wee hours of the morning. jacob surprised him and got to be here for the party too. yay! and you know you have a new baby when in your birthday pictures you're feeding him a bottle!
