the last days of pregnancy...

one week to go!

once again i'm amazed by the female body and how large it can get while carrying a baby! we took this on sunday, in the same place where we took photos before joshy was born. we're enjoying the quiet before baby and continue our nesting! hopefully we'll have news soon!

joshua's birthday party

with the baby's due date the same as joshua's fourth birthday, we threw his party a bit early. we hit the JUMP N FUN with friends and family in tow, and had a BLAST! he felt like a king for the evening and enjoyed all of his friends. today he's had so much fun playing with all the new fun toys he received.

sweet noah's first day of school

We finally started kindergarten at Caldwell Academy today. Noah had a great day and we celebrated at Chipotle afterwards for lunch. It is such a blessing to be able to send him to this amazing school, and our teacher seems perfect for him! Yay God! It's going to be a great year!

our summer

sad that i haven't posted all summer. it's been a full one and i just haven't felt like blogging! :)

last day of school

WHEW! we're so tired from all the festivities! it was a great day beginning with a darling ceremony in noah's PreK class. they did their favorite songs and dances. the highlight for me was their 'exercise' to the 1970's 'car wash' song--HYSTERICAL! noah won the "Good Choice" award (of course!) for making good choices all year. We then had an all school program where the kids dressed like bugs and did alot of their music songs. Finally, there was a picnic. So much fun. To top it all off, we were given ACC Tournament baseball tickets and the boys and I went after the picnic to see Miami vs. Boston College. Fun!

I'm so ready for Noah to move along to Kindergarten and i think he is too! But i will sorely miss the community I have at First Lutheran this summer. Even if it's just hellos and small talk at pick up and drop off, I love it and it adds beauty to my days.

joshy-the soccer champ

so he had his last game tuesday night and made, YES! his FIRST SOCCER GOAL ever! way to go joshy! surely all that screaming i did all season did some good!
